It is hard to believe we have reached the end of Term 2. Congratulations to all of Year 5 for overcoming so many challenges this term with off-campus learning, covid restrictions and adapting to new technology.

We spent our last day celebrating the retirement of our wonderful Principal Jann Robinson, working with partners on our history presentations and celebrating birthdays.

Thank you, Year 5 parents and Fab Fives, for the beautiful orchid. It has 14 buds on it, so it will be flowering well into the winter, providing an on-going reminder of your kind gesture. 

Butterflies for our Buddies

Today we visited our buddies in Cottage. Our Buddy Monitors, Sunny, Abbey and Ruby asked all of Year 5 to create a beautiful butterfly to present to our buddies. What they didn't know is that Cottage students are currently studying the life-cycle of a butterfly, so it was a very fitting  choice. The Cottage students presented Year 5 with some lovely artworks.

Xavier Ruiz has arrived.

We were delighted to receive the news that Sophie gave birth to Xavier yesterday morning. Both mum and baby are doing well and Sophie has told us that she feels 'blessed' on this day.

Congratulations, Mrs Ruiz and we send you our best wishes at this very special time.
